Brannan Insurance Technology Services (BITS) was created to help the innovative insurance agents and brokers EVALUATE the marketplace, TRAIN staff and clients and IMPLEMENT the technology solutions to fully utilize these powerful tools.
We began working primarily with agents to build Zywave™ HRconnection® portals to be used by clients for online benefit enrollments. HRconnection® is a useful tool to help aggregate election data for initial enrollments as well as annual enrollment and life event election changes and for some on-boarding tasks. This is one of many tools in the marketplace that can assist employers, employees, HR professionals and insurance brokers streamline their workflows. Online Ben Admin and HRIS systems, such as HRconnection® have been successfully implemented in a wide range of industries from healthcare to engineering to manufacturing. They are designed to be easy for the employees to use, requiring limited or no training at all. Imagine the end of paper enrollment forms. Imagine never having to build an enrollment spreadsheet based on paper election forms.
